“Now that we have had my Mother’s funeral, I would like to take the time to thank you and all your amazing staff for the kind and loving care you gave to her. I know it had been very hard for everyone in her last two or so Years as she became increasingly unwell and ever more frail. As she went through all the cruel advancing stages of her dreadful illness, everybody at Rayners gave her all the tenderness and time needed to keep her comfortable, as free of anxiety as possible and helped her to retain her dignity wherever possible. I only ever saw kindness and compassion on my visits.”
