“No words can express my heartfelt thanks to every one of you for the superb quality of care, warmth and affection that you all gave so unstintingly to my Mum while she was living with you. I am enormously grateful for the way everyone responded when Mum was feeling cheerful and relaxed, but even more for the patience you showed on her more demanding days! Above all I shall remember that tireless good humour and care for others which could be so clearly seen between all the staff teams, as well as towards every single Rayners resident, and their visitors The staff at Rayners provide an exceptional example of superbly personally care of the elderly residents in what can truly be described as a Care home – I am so grateful to you all, with love and best wishes” ST – 4th March 2016
