]]> Many thanks for your email, and many congratulations on such a well organised and successful vaccination day. We were very impressed on reading the positive feedback from the medical team. Obviously, we are delighted that E, the other residents and the staff have been able to have the vaccination so promptly and professionally undertaken. You must be so pleased that the first stage has been completed and that hopefully we are on the way to normality.

As always we are very grateful for your ongoing care of E. We love the photo. The champagne was certainly going down well!

]]> I just wanted to let you know how OUTSTANDING everyone we came across was. F, P, C and of course the amazing A took every opportunity to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. But S, R, B, D, K, and the rest of the team, just everyone, was fantastic. Communication was brilliant but R and M from Rennie Grove were that amazing balance of competent and compassionate, so again a great partnership between your two organisations.
