“To all the wonderful staff, Thank you for all your expert care of Dad over the last few Years. You are more than just a care home for Dad, you make us all feel welcome (including the dogs)! We really appreciate your friendliness and welcome cups of tea. Dad felt at home here and we knew that he was being well looked after. You became and “extended” family to him.
