“I am writing, long overdue to thank you and all your staff for all the wonderful care you have given and continuing to give my Mother, SS over almost 5 years. I am sure families thank you after they have lost their loved ones but I think its important to show our gratitude whilst all the hard work and care is continuing. My Mother would want to thank you, I know is she were able. Every time I visit her, she appears comfortable, clean and as calm as possible. Constant care goes into keeping her this way. So please would you let all the staff who care for her so well from Management down to the ‘roomies’ and kitchen staff who prepare her meals, how grateful my family is for their kindness and understanding with her, with best wishes” SE – 31st July 2017
